HEALTH TIP

Did you know that Cancer cannot live in the presence of 

oxygen? A great way to feed your body plenty of oxygen is 

to exercise, give up smoking and eat plenty of greens. The 

oxygen we breathe comes from the chlorophyll in plants. 

Chlorophyll is pretty much identical to blood except the 

center element in chlorophyll is magnesium and the center 

element in blood is iron. It is believed that chlorophyll has 

the ability to release magnesium from its center and absorb 

iron and thus creating more blood. More blood = more 

oxygen. Not only can green foods increase oxygen levels 

but they turn toxic by products like carbon dioxide and 

carbon monoxide into oxygen to help prevent disease 

incubation.


I don't know about you, but I reckon that's a great reason 

to increase your Green Vegetable intake. Come on, they're 

not so bad. :))
